This policy governs the cancellation and refund rules for all software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, autonomous AI agents, multi-tenant platforms, and custom automation development services provided by Irnofic Enterprises LLP.
Strict No-Refund Policy
At Irnofic, we build high-performance business engines, deploy live infrastructure, and dedicate intensive engineering resources to your projects. Because of the nature of digital asset delivery, server allocation, and third-party API costs, Irnofic operates under a strict NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS policy.
All Sales Are Final
Bespoke AI workflows, integrations, custom development, and dedicated agent projects are completely non-refundable.
SaaS — Cancel Anytime
Cancel subscriptions through your dashboard. Access remains active until the end of your billing cycle.
Operational Costs
Compute credits and third-party API costs (LLM tokens, scraping pipelines) are consumed instantly and non-refundable.
Custom AI Automation & Agency Services
- All Sales Are Final — Payments made for bespoke AI workflows, tailored integrations, custom web development, and dedicated agent development projects are completely non-refundable.
- Resource Allocation — Once a project kicks off, engineering hours, architectural design, and consulting time are immediately locked in.
- Milestone Payments — Every milestone payment represents work fully rendered and delivered. If you choose to terminate a project mid-way, you will not be billed for future uninitiated milestones, but no past payments will be refunded.
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Subscriptions
- Cancel Anytime, No Refunds — You can cancel your recurring subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, or annual) at any time through your dashboard.
- Access Duration — Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not issue prorated refunds, partial credits, or refunds for unused subscription periods or mid-cycle cancellations.
- No Trial/Guarantee Refunds — We do not offer a money-back guarantee. We encourage users to evaluate our solutions thoroughly before committing to a paid plan.
API Usage & Operational Costs
- Live Compute Infrastructure — Autonomous systems rely on third-party LLM tokens (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini), automated scraping infrastructure, and webhook routing pipelines.
Important Notice on Compute Credits
Fees allocated toward third-party API processing, live execution credits, and token pools are consumed instantly by infrastructure providers. These operational costs are 100% non-refundable under any circumstance.

While fees are completely non-refundable, you have full control over stopping future charges:
To Cancel Subscriptions
48h NoticeSubmit a cancellation request via your Irnofic dashboard or email support@irnofic.com at least 48 hours prior to your next renewal date to avoid being billed for the subsequent cycle.
Project Halts
Written NoticeTo pause or stop an ongoing custom development contract, notify your project lead in writing to halt future milestone scheduling.
