This policy governs the cancellation and refund rules for all software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, autonomous AI agents, and custom automation development services provided by Irnofic Enterprises LLP.
SaaS — Cancel Anytime
Cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of your billing cycle.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers get a full refund within 7 days if the software doesn’t meet their needs.
5–7 Day Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed and credited back to your original payment method.
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Subscriptions
- For all recurring subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, or annual plans for Irnofic software suites and autonomous agents):
- Cancellation Anytime — You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Irnofic dashboard or by emailing our billing support team.
- Billing Cycle Completion — Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Signups Only) — New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase if the software does not meet their technical requirements. This guarantee does not apply to subsequent renewal periods.
Custom AI Automation & Agency Services
- For bespoke AI workflows, tailored integrations, and dedicated agent development projects:
- Milestone-Based Cancellations — Work is structured around predefined project milestones. If you choose to terminate a project, you can cancel prior to the initiation of the next milestone.
- Non-Refundable Onboarding & Discovery Fees — Any upfront strategy, API structuring, or discovery fees are strictly non-refundable, as they cover immediate engineering and consulting hours allocated to your company.
- Completed Work — Refunds will not be issued for milestones that have already been developed, tested, and signed off.
API Usage & Operational Costs
- Because AI models incur live third-party operational costs, special terms apply to compute resources:
Important Notice on Compute Credits
Any fees paid specifically for Large Language Model (LLM) tokens, third-party API processing pipelines, or live execution credits are 100% non-refundable. These funds are passed directly to infrastructure providers to host and run your autonomous systems.

Submit a Written Request
Within eligible policy windowsSend an email to billing@irnofic.com using your registered account email address. Include your company name, invoice number, and details regarding the service you wish to modify.
Review & Impact Assessment
1–2 Business DaysOur team will review your usage metrics and development status. If you are cancelling custom automation services, we will calculate outstanding balances for hours worked up to the day of receipt.
Processing & Credit
5–7 Business DaysApproved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Razorpay, or Bank Transfer). Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to clear the funds.
